Amy Marti is an Engagement Manager at Meraki with extensive experience in executive search and a strong track record of identifying top leadership talent across industries. She has successfully partnered with private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and Fortune 100 corporations to build high-impact leadership teams.

Amy began her career as a Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical industry before transitioning into executive recruiting, spending six years with global firms managing searches from contract negotiations to candidate placement. An entrepreneur at heart, she has built and scaled successful recruiting firms, fostering lasting client relationships along the way.

Beyond her professional achievements, Amy is deeply committed to community engagement and philanthropy. Her dedication to education and volunteerism earned her Hometown Hero recognition from the City of Decatur, Georgia. She also serves as a board member of L’Arche Atlanta, supporting its mission of fostering inclusivity for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

A passionate Georgia Tech fan, Amy and her husband enjoy traveling, playing pickleball, and attending live music shows. Now that their twin daughters are in college, they are embracing the next chapter of life with new adventures and experiences.
