Richard Meuris

Richard is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Meraki Search Group.  He has been in executive search for almost two decades, with his core focus working across a diverse array of sectors within the industrial and manufacturing industries. Richard has built his career supporting clients ranging from private equity and their portfolio companies to Fortune 100 companies, collaborating to build differentiated leadership teams that drive value creation for shareholders. He is certified in the Hogan Assessment methodology, one of the most recognized and accurate personality measurement tools for predicting success in the workplace.

Through his passion, diligence and commitment to personally executing searches, Richard has built a core group of clients who trust him time and again to deliver the best possible executive talent for their companies.

Prior to co-founding Meraki Search Group, Richard was a partner and industrial practice leader at an executive search firm where he built and helped grow the industrial practice. He started his executive search career at Heidrick & Struggles in the industrial practice and supply chain practice in Chicago and Atlanta.

Before beginning his executive search career, Richard was a consultant with Accenture in management and process consulting.  He earned a earned a B.S. degree in industrial and systems engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, with a minor in international affairs. He also speaks fluent French.

Richard lives with his wife and two children in Atlanta. When not recruiting, he enjoys spending his time outdoors, playing soccer, and spending time with his children. He and his family are avid fans of the Atlanta United.
