Elise Wirtz

Elise Wirtz is a Client Engagement Manager with Meraki Search Group, bringing nearly 20 years of experience across executive search and traditional staffing roles. Her passion for supporting business leaders as they make pivotal career moves along with her curiosity for understanding what drives them has underscored her success.

Elise supports searches across the C-suite including pivotal commercial, supply chain operations, human resources and digital transformation roles.  Her industry experience spans both public and private-equity backed organizations across industrial manufacturing, consumer packaging, fintech, healthcare, management consulting, creative/marketing agency and SaaS sectors. Prior, she spent ten years in traditional high-volume recruiting firms where she learned the recruiting ropes and the importance of being a consultative partner to clients.

Earlier in her career, Elise spent six years in corporate & crisis communications and media relations, having worked at global marketing & public relations firms including Hill & Knowlton, Porter Novelli and Golin. She was proud to work behind the scenes, fundraising for political campaigns, driving product launches, conducting media trainings for the C-suite during major crisises, and organizing global corporate events.

Elise earned her B.A. in Communications and Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champagne. A Chicago native, she now lives with her partner, Bill, two sons and two golden retrievers in St. Augustine, FL. Competitive in all things sports, Elise is an avid tennis player and golfer, and spends her free time exploring their new home state of Florida.
