Meraki Search Group Announces Expanded Partnership and Capabilities

ATLANTA, August 12, 2024 – Meraki Search Group, a boutique executive search and talent  advisory firm focused on serving clients in industrial, consumer and financial services  sectors, is pleased to announce the addition of 3 experienced search leaders as managing  partners: 

Charles “Chuck” Pembroke joins Meraki from Heidrick & Struggles, where he was a Partner  in the firm’s Industrial Practice and leader of the Global Paper and Packaging specialty  practice. Prior to his career in executive search, Chuck had a 20-year career in industry  serving in a variety of P&L, functional and staff leadership roles with Evergreen Packaging,  International Paper and Champion International. He began his career as a strategy and  organization effectiveness consultant for financial services, utilities and healthcare clients.  He splits time between Denver, Colorado and greater Tampa, Florida area. 

Bill Ward joins Meraki from Heidrick & Struggles, where he was a Partner in the firm’s  Industrial Practice and Supply Chain and Operations functional practice. Bill brings over 30  years of experience advising clients in business strategy, technology and leadership,  including seventeen years in executive search. Bill has advised clients across a broad  spectrum of industries including automotive, building products, capital equipment,  chemicals, electrical, packaging, industrial services and consumer durables. He is based  in Chicago.  

Laurent Longin joins Meraki from Ally, where he was Global Head of Talent Acquisition. His  experience is a unique combination of executive search and global corporate executive  roles where he led teams responsible for talent identification, acquisition and  development. Laurent has led talent and HR teams for Owens Corning, Walgreen’s, Belk  and Duke Energy. He began his career with Heidrick & Struggles serving both U.S. and  European clients. His industry expertise spans multiple sectors including diversified  industrial, consumer and energy. He is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
