Sagent, LLC announces new CEO

Sagent LLC, a global provider of network equipment, repair and maintenance services, has appointed Bill Tart as its Chief Executive Officer. With over 30 years of experience in the Private Sector and US Military, Mr. Tart has designed, implemented and overseen both manufacturing and service offerings across a wide range of technologies.

Prior to joining Sagent, Mr. Tart served in various executive roles at DynCorp International and ASRC Federal, and most recently, was President and COO of Draken International. Prior to these roles, Mr Tart completed a 25-year US Air Force career spanning flying duties as an electronic warfare officer and later a UAV pilot, to staff duties including legislative affairs, Secretary of the Air Force speechwriter, and campaign strategist. He commanded hundreds of Airmen flying in combat and pioneered the way the US and her Allies approach the use of unmanned aircraft.

Chembio Diagnostics adds Leslie Teso-Lichtman to its Board of Directors

Ms. Teso-Lichtman serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CereVasc, Inc., where she is responsible for the accounting, finance, and treasury functions, including forecasting and capital planning. Previously, Ms. Teso-Lichtman served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for Roche Diagnostics Hematology from 2011 to 2014, following Roche’s acquisition of her former employer Constitutional Medical Investors, Inc. Ms. Teso-Lichtman worked on the integration plan for the new company and to achieve milestones in connection with the acquisition. Prior to her time at Constitutional Medical, Ms. Teso-Lichtman held the role of Vice President and Controller at Cytyc Corporation, which was acquired by Hologic, Inc. in 2007, where she was responsible for all finance and accounting activities, including completing three acquisitions.

Chembio Announces CFO Appointment

REV Group Appoints Vice President and General Manager for REV Recreational Group, Inc.

REV Group, Inc. (NYSE: REVG) announces Alan Farash as the new Vice President and General Manager of recreation vehicle manufacturing subsidiary REV Recreation Group, Inc. This role oversees the Class A Gas and Diesel recreational vehicle brands American Coach®, Fleetwood RV® and Holiday Rambler®,  the two REV Service & Repair Centers and the genuine parts online warehouse. Farash will report to Mike Lanciotti, President, REV Recreation Group.

Most recently, Farash was the Group President and COO for Reading Truck Group where his responsibilities included leading the company’s 22 sites, two manufacturing locations and 20 distribution, parts & service locations. In addition to co-founding a technology start up, Farash has held senior executive roles in the specialty vehicle industry and began his career in manufacturing with Ford Motor Company, Powertrain Operations. Farash also held a leadership role at Workhorse Custom Chassis where he manufactured and sold Class A chassis for the RV industry.

Barry Derousse named new Vice President and General Manager of AEV

REV Group Announces New Vice President and General Manager of Eldorado National (California)

REV Group® (NYSE: REVG), designer and manufacturer of industry-leading specialty vehicle brands, announces Jason Moore will join REV Group as Vice President/General Manager of ElDorado National (California)®, known as ENC® and is REV’s industry-leading manufacturer of rightsized heavy-duty transit buses. Jason will report to Brian Perry, REV Group President, Commercial Segment.

Jason succeeds Tony Wayne who, after a very successful 34-year career at ENC, will retire on June 30, 2021.  Prior to his departure, Tony will work closely with Jason to ensure a smooth transition.

Most recently, Jason served as Vice President & General Manager for Wabtec Corporation. Jason led the turbocharger and heat exchanger product lines. He had full strategic and financial responsibility for eight international business units and managed the performance of 13 global locations with 1,500 employees. Prior to Wabtec, he held roles with increasing leadership responsibility at Ricon, Napier Turbochargers and Siemens Industrial Turbocharger Group.

REV Group appoints Rob Vislosky as Chief Supply Officer

REV Group (NYSE: REVG) appointed Rob Vislosky as Chief Supply Officer. Mr. Vislosky most recently served as Vice President & Chief Procurement Officer at Honeywell International, managing an $18 billion global spend portfolio.  Though Vislosky has only been in the position for a few weeks, Rod Rushing, CEO, said, “he brings to REV Group both the vision and the execution capabilities to build the best class global sourcing organization we are looking for and purchasing supply chain organization, combined with a sense of urgency to do this at a pace.”
